Day 1 Lego Harry Potter Advent Calendar - we kicked off our calendar in a big way, the Ollivanders Wand Shop store front from Diagon Alley looks amazing (once we figured out what it was 😂)…. and this year’s calendar appears to turn into a board game, so each build is a game piece for playing afterwards Only time will tell.
Day 1 Lego Friend’s Advent Calendar - mini figs on day 1 of the LEGO advent calendars is pretty typical, and we love mini figs; today is Olivia (since my daughter is now 18, we did indeed have to look it up), she was leaning towards calling her Jessica, but we like how it slightly ties in with the Ollivanders piece above, so we are keeping it Olivia, love her look, and especially those glasses…. The box is a wonderful Christmas scene, and more fun to hunt for the right door numbers (the HP calendar is very obvious, so we will start with this calendar first each day, since every calendar is numbered the same way, you lose that element of surprise on the second calendar).
